Shipping & Delivery
MASSAGE Supermarket will process the shipment as soon as the payment is received. It will take no more than 1 to 2 business days for MASSAGE Supermarket to process and ship out the orders. Any orders placed after 5:00 PM Pacific Time will be processed the next business day. Any orders placed after 5:00 PM Pacific Time on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following Monday or the next business day in the event of holidays. If your shipment will be delayed, we will attempt to contact you immediately.

We know that you care how information about you is used and shared, and we appreciate your trust that we will do so carefully and sensibly. The following paragraphs describe our privacy policy. By visiting MASSAGE Supermarket you are accepting the practices described in our Privacy Policy.
Information We Collect:
• Identifiable information absolutely necessary for the transaction or our internal records.
• The domain names and email addresses of visitors to our web page, the email addresses of those who communicate with us via email, aggregate information on what pages customers access or visit, and any information customers voluntarily provide.
• Financial information, such as a credit card number, used for order processing ONLY.
• Contact information, used to send your order, as well as catalogs, newsletter and other relevant information.
• our data and information will NOT be given or sold to any third party.
Security of Information: We work constantly to protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts information you input. In addition, MASSAGE Supermarket does not store your credit card information online, so there is never a chance of thieves ever getting to your sensitive financial information. Protecting your data safety and privacy is one of our highest priorities.
Usage of Information: The information we collect is ONLY used in-house to help us create more efficient and effective shopping experience for our customers. Understanding typical navigational patterns helps us improve website flow and efficiency. Understanding typical purchase patterns helps with inventory control and customer services. When you make a purchase, we will send you email to confirm your order and may also need to contact you via phone, postal mail or email if we have other questions regarding your order. MASSAGE Supermarket may disclose personally identifiable information you provide in response to a particular legal process. For example, in response to a court order, subpoena, or at the behest of a law enforcement agency's request. MASSAGE Supermarket requires that direct-to-customer shipments from vendors protect your information according to their stated Privacy Policies or, in the event they do not have a stated Privacy Policy, this Privacy Policy. They may not use the personally identifiable information you provide for any purpose other than to fulfill your order.
Returns & Replacements
All of our products have a 30-day from the date of shipment return policy. To return a product, please notify our office first of your intent to return and item through e-mail. Please include relevant information such as product name, invoice # and reason for return. Our office will then contact you shortly to process the return. YOU MUST RECEIVE a reply from our office representative before sending back a product.
The returned product must be undamaged, in new or nearly-new condition, and in its original package. We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that have been clearly damaged or used extensively.
All return shipments are self-funded, and MASSAGE Supermarket will not reimburse those costs. Please select your shipment method accordingly. Keep a record of shipment until you have received credit or replacement merchandise. No refund for any shipping, handling, or postal insurance costs. We apologize for the inconvenience. The returned merchandise will be credited to your credit card or PayPal account. Items returned, canceled, or replaced after 30 days from the date of shipment will incur an additional 20% restocking fee. Items over 60 days may not be returned.  
DEFECTIVE/DAMMAGED PRODUCTS: Although we carry high quality products, we recognize that occasionally a defective or damaged unit may be received. Damaged shipments must be reported to us within 7 days of the date of receipt. Inspect all items upon receipt. Call us immediately for any damages or returns and retain packing slip and all packing materials. We will gladly replace or repair the item at no additional cost to you if it is returned within 7 days of the date of receipt. The damaged items' return shipping cost is self-funded. Please call our office for assistance.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS: For obvious reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened products like oils, lotions, personal care products, creams, books, videos, music, CDs, DVDs, brochures and software. Returns on washed linens, worn clothing, or used disposable garments will not be accepted. Special orders and custom built tables are non-returnable.
Risk of Loss
All items purchased from MASSAGE Supermarket are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
Ordering
If you need to cancel or amend your web order, please call our office immediately. Once your order is placed, it is difficult to prevent shipment. If you decide to cancel your order after the deadline, we’ll simply process your request as a return.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
For your convenience MASSAGE Supermarket offers several payment options including: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. PayPal provides you convenient and secured payment method to complete transaction. You do not require to have a PayPal account to use it. Simply follow PayPal's easy payment process. In order to prevent fraudulent activities, for any order over $500.00 from the first time customers, we may request to obtain the right from you to call and verify the transaction with your bank or credit card company.
A $25 fee will be charged for all returned checks.
Except where noted otherwise, the List Price displayed for products on our website represents the full retail price listed on the product itself; or estimated in accordance with standard industry practice; or the estimated retail value for a comparably featured item offered elsewhere. All products are subject to availability and prior sale. All prices appearing in our catalogs or website are subject to change without prior notice.
With respect to items sold by MASSAGE Supermarket, we cannot confirm the price of an item until you order; however, we do NOT charge your credit card until after your order has entered the shipping process. Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our catalog may be mispriced. If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. All orders are subject to acceptance by MASSAGE Supermarket.
Viewing Orders
To View your Order Status, you will need to sign into your account. View Order Status allows quick access to reviewing an individual order and the current status of that order. If tracking information is available, you can also track your package using View Order Status.
Updating Account Information
Viewing and updating your information within your account is easy and simple. Click “My Account” at the top left corner, then sign in your account to make changes your personal information.
